"Rec" or recommended is designated by a solid colored belt. "Dec" or decided is designated by a solid colored belt with a black stripe in the middle. "Dragon" colored belts are designated by a white belt with a color in the middle. "Black Rec" is designated by half black and half red. "Black Belts" are listed separately.
